Engineer with programming background, Mihai Guran graduated a top Executives MBA program in Europe – Henley Business School, University of Reading.

He developed as a leader and manager, while forming and norming the sales and marketing teams and the channels, delivering market share growth for multinational companies, in Romania and CEE countries.

His background allowed him to recruit a team of +150 people sales that performed globally for a Romanian brand, moving Bitdefender Enterprise Solutions from niche to visionary player in Gartner Magic Quadrant.

An inspirational leader, Mihai Guran shared the story of Bitdefender’s global journey during TEDx Floreasca 2018, starting from the first visit abroad, continuing with challenges to recruit and build the brand, or to develop the systems and processes to support the massive scale of the business.

Sandra Jitianu, MBA, is a management consultant, trainer and coach with Human Resources and Change Management background, project management experience and +14 years project implementation experience in financial services, oil & gas, utilities, retail, manufacturing, professional services.

Cătălina Azamfirei-Marcu believes that there is a great need for people to test and validate their business ideas and she proposes the best tool for that: through a crowdfunding campaign.

Cătălina met the rewards crowdfunding domain in 2013 working for a start-up that developed one of the first platforms in Romania. Understanding that there was a lack of knowledge and structured information on the subject she created her own training modules on how to create a successful crowdfunding campaign. Ever since she worked with hundreds of people on crowdfunding strategies.

Her super-power is contributing with very clear solutions for her customers' situations. She is familiar with the start-ups' milieu and can pace you throughout your strategy and implementation period.

Before crowdfunding, Cătălina flourished as a marketing & communication professional with extended expertise in serving different stakeholder segments, in various industries.
